My Italian Adventure

I visited Italy long time ago, as a child. It was a day trip from Porec, Croatia to Trieste and I don't have any memories about it except for the traffic. Later on, I never wanted to return to Italy anyother way but with someone special.
This summer I went to Italy from Germany with my fiance (now my husband). It was fantastic! First we went to Venice... What to say about this unique place that milions of people before me haven't said?
Our next stop was Napoli where we stayed a week with his sister and her family. From there we visited Pompei and Sorento...

Pros and Cons

Pros:Diversive, vivid and contradictive country... People have time for everything, never in hurry!
Cons:As you go to the South, it becomes very dirty! Plus the traffic is terrible!!!!!

I drove thru Naples also to see the Archelogical Museum. It was worth the visit but Central Naples was scary to me also.I had to pay a cab driver to let me follow him to the Museum.....so I could find it....hahhahaha! Barry in Louisiana
