The first time I visted Hull, it was for a Univerrsity interview. The place was shut. Arriving on the train, I found most of the buses were on strike over something.
The Second time I visted Hull, I was completely plastered most of the time, and remember very little indeed.
Finally, 20 years on from the first visit, I can now record my feeling about the city.
It still looked shut. (should there be an 'i' in there somewhere ?) |
