Getting TO/AROUND: Over-night German trains are still a wonderfully civilised way to travel. German engineering means smoothe rails, and a good (and cheap) night's sleep. Dresden has a number of overnight trains to places like Frankfurt, Zurich, Munich, Stuttgart and Dortmund. Note that not all trains run every day.
