I am sure every one of us has heard someone say one of these phrases. Then again, I am also guilty of uttering these excuses.

It's amazing how we are given this whole world as our playground, yet we never want to step out of our own sandbox. What is this philosophy that so many people adhere to...I am waiting for the right time. Is there such a thing????? I am lucky enough that it's only taken 25 years for me to discover that that moment does not exist without sacrafice. Unfortunately, for the majority of the people out there, they are still patiently searching for the "right time"

I would not call myself an avid traveler, since I have only started to discover the things that make me happy. As much as I don't have the financial capability, am currently in the corporate world, love to be surrounded by my family and friends, and seem to be strapped for time....I love to travel, so I know I need to cater to that hobby in order to keep myself happy.

Boy oh boy...did I get every excuse possible from all those that I have asked to come on this trip with me. People had no time, no passport, no money. Oh well...looks like another solo flight for me (but don't feel bad for me), I love traveling enough that I'll just leave everyone behind.

So I am leaving August 29th and I just booked my first 2 nights in Stockholm. The rest is up in the air - so beware Scandinavians!!! There will be an Asian American species wandering around aimlessly....maybe even in your neck of the woods.
