"Bristol, England" England by geanster

We had tea at this really great place called Hunstrete House Hotel. There were many small deer in the surrounding fields and we walked around the gardens and pool of the place, toyed with the idea of playing croquet and toasted Anthony as it was the night before he was leaving for school in the US.

Outside of The Horn and Trumpet

I went to England around the same time I visited Scotland. I'd met these great guys and their families at Daytona Beach, months before. To this day, they're one of the greatest group of people I've ever met. This photo was taken outside of The Horn and Trumpet one night in Bristol. I flew into London and my friend Jonathan and his mom picked me and a friend of mine up and drove us to Bristol where we stayed almost a week with them before riding up to Scotland. I came back and spent nearly another week with them after the trip and had such an amazing time.

Fields of Green

One day, Jonathan and I picked up the walking map and did around 8 miles looking at all of the spots, going into tiny art museums, up towers, across bridges, a picnic lunch in front of some of the legislation buildings, I think. :) The weather in England did hold out nicely before raining my last couple of days there.

I know I must have a ton more photos at home in Kentucky, but this is all I have available right now really.
