Hi everyone! Just thought I'd take a second to say that my Seattle trip went well! Absolutely amazing weather for my first taste of the Northwestern United States. It was so nice that we were hiking a trail in the Cascade Mountains in shorts and tank tops. I managed to fit in quite a bit during the short time I had there. Partied in Pioneer Square, Climbed on the Troll under the Bridge, Wandered around Pike Place and saw the first Starbucks, and some other typically touristy things. Also went in search of the Sound Garden only to discover that it's been closed off since 9.11 because it's on govt. property. It was a wonderful day to walk along the lake there though so no regrets. Had a great friend from my Africa trip who showed me around and kept me entertained.
