I was wondering Pamukkale for years.. I always had the chance to see the wonderful pictures.. And I all worried..

I had the chance to see Pamukkale first on 1994.. And I was totally disappointed.. The place is quiet nice however all those wonderful pictures has made my expectations to grove higher.. But the reality is not as good as pictures..

The white terraces are wonderful, hard to believe for such a beauty on earth, But due to dirtiness some places has faded colors.. some places are even brown.. And when you see the beauty and beast together, you were a bit loosing your motivation..

After all I still can claim Pamukkale is place to be visited at least once.. Besides the white terraces it has a lot ruins and historical places..

Average stay around Pamukkale is around 2 days.. And this can tell a lot..

    When I was there last summer the terraces were white (as they are protected and noone is alowed to walk there) but there was very little water.
