Kehpara, or "Black Coral Island", is a barrier reef island located southwest of the chiefdom of Kitti in Pohnpei. One of the more developed island "resorts", Kehpara has thatched huts for rent and basic cooking and washing facilities (very basic). The nearby reef pass offers some of the best diving and snorkeling in the state of Pohnpei. The area is a protected marine reserve and is overflowing with colorful ocean life.
