| Setting up the red carpet at the Palais |
Just got back from the Cannes Film Festival. It was a working vacation. So I was busy gophering part of the time, having 2-hour schmoozy dinners or getting away from the craziness and going sightseeing along the Cote D'Azur. I'm still fine-tuning, but the pages are almost complete. G'wan, have a look - there's actual non-Cocteau related content here (somewhat). ;-> |
Fans await the celebs I find it amusing that France has such a sophisticated reputation among Americans, and yet they're just as goony for celebrities as anyone else in the world. |
Celebrities=Personalities Entry point for celebrities at the Palais. Interesting that the French word for celebrities is like personalities, as if they are the only ones who have them. Presumptuous, isn't it? I can't tell you how many tourists took pictures underneath this sign. |
