I was back in Newcastle for the weekend in April and found the place as fantastic as ever. Nightlife, friendly people with a great accent and sense of humour, plus some of the most breathtaking and historic scenery in the UK. Newcastle really has got it all. If I didnt love Yorkshire so much this is where I'd move to.
Here's a picture of the famous Tyne Bridge - the ship underneath is a night club. Haven't been on it myself but I've heard it's excellent

I love the accent of the Geordies. Only ever been to the Metro Centre in this area.
