I was born in Guys Hospital (does anyone know if you can hear the Bow Bells from there?) and I lived in Rotherhithe, Bermondsey for the next 18 years. I only worked in London for one year before leaving.

When I return for visits, my last was 5 years ago, I try to go to at least one town in Britain that I've never visited. This time I managed to get to Bath.

We, that is my sister and I, walked for hours each day trying to see as much as we could. My travelogues give an idea of the places we visited.

London has changed - from the architecture, to the thought put into tourism etc. It's a great town to visit!

I looked at lots of VT pages on London and other cities to get ideas of places to visit and things to do. I didn't get to all - but, hopefully, there is always next time.
