Tel Aviv-Yafo - Alive 24 Hours A Day

by Jackiekg - last update: Feb 28, 2005

Nachlat Binyamin
I have lived in Tel Aviv for a great number of years, and love it. I am lucky enough to live in a very nice area with a river and park close by. A great place to bring up children.

There is something for everyone here, young or old. There is ballet, modern dance, opera, museums, cinemas, markets, sports, Israeli folk-dancing, pubs, discos, interesting architechture etc., etc.
Arts and Crafts Fair - Nachlat Binyamin
This picture shows some of the stands at the twice weekly Arts and Crafts Fair held in Nachlat Binyamin.
(See - Must See Activities).
Playing on Nachlat Binjamin
During the Arts and Crafts Fair you can see various artists playing instruments or miming. During the summer months the street is full of locals and tourists.

Feb 2005 - paid another visit to Nachlat Benjamin and this guy was entertaining. He had a hat and every time somebody put some money into it he came alive and played. Now the weather is warm, it's a great place to shop, have a drink in one of the cafe's or just wander through. Make a point of looking up - very interesting buildings.
