The Opera House

The opera is the a very important institution of music and culture. It was built between 1871-1875, it was destroyed twice and rebulit. It is situated at the end of Victory square.

The Victory Square

The Victory square is the heart of Timisoara. Is is the biggest square in the city and in my opinion the most beautiful too. In one side there is the Metropolin Cathedral and in the other end the Opera. There are also a lot of shops, restaurants, statues, fountains and also some small parks.

Unirii Square

When you will visit Timisoara you must see the Unirii square. It is the second most largest and importent in the city. It has its own style, pretty colorful buildings, they are also very old and in the middle of the square there is a nice statue. In my opimnion its a beautiful Square that you should visit.

City Of Parks And Gardens

Timisara is a city with a lot of green places such trees and a lot of parks. The biggest is The Central park but there is also The Civic park, the Roses park, The Childrens park, The Justice park and more. The city also has a Botanical garden.

Directions: All over the city... but most of the Parks are close to the city Center.

The Metropolin Cathedral

The Metropolin Cathedral in Timisoara is the biggest and the most beautiful in the whole city. It is situated in the city Center in Victory square. It is one of the most importent tourist atracctions in the city. It was built between 1936 to 1946 after the desings of the architect Ioan Traianescu. IT is very impressive inside the cathedral too. When you will be in Timisoara there is no chace you will mis that so its worth a visit.
