" MY FANTASTIC DAY TRIP TO TANGIER " Tangier by Frisbeeace

Before leaving to Marbella I did a lot of research with the purpose of deciding which day trips I would make during my week in Andalucia. Tangier wasn't a traditional choice for a first trip but I was interested in giving it a try anyway. I read LOTS of reviews and comments about this one-day tour to Tangier and since many of them were frankly negative I decided to call it off from my priority list. However, during the trip I compressed two visits in one and got a free day and decided to take the tour. Boy, it was awesome and fun!!!!!!!

Tangier was an "internationalized city"until 1956 when Morocco obtained their independence from France and the city was turned over to the new country.

Located on Morocco's northern tip, and only 14 kms from Spain, it still keeps its international touch as well as its legendary doubtful reputation that contributes to its special charm.

Tangier is the 4th city in Morocco with a 1 million population. Official languages are arabic and french.
