La Barra Golf Club

Opened in 1994, La Barra Golf Club is the newest golf course in Punta del Este. It is a par 72 Scottish style design with very few trees and the sea winds getting into play.

Golf at Cantegril C.C.

The most prestigious golf course in Punta del Este is the Cantegril C.C. During the summer, it hosts the most important tournaments for which is really hard to get a tee time. Some people are scheduled to start as early as 6 am. The course is very nice with bermudagrass fairways and bentgrass greens.
