Somerset West on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain is a smaller place in the surroundings of Cape Town, about 45 minutes drive by car from the Cape Towncity center. Somerset West is an upmarket residential area with a wonderful view of the Table Mountain in Cape Town and the False Bay.
If not staying there it is a place worth visiting.
