Because I'm a big music lover, I try to go to as many concerts as possible. For the last two years I've been going to Marktrock in Leuven, with my dad.

Marktrock is one of the biggest festivals in Belgium and is almost entirely free. You only have to pay a couple of bucks to get to the main stage. Last year there were performances by Simple Minds, Elvis Costello and Natalie Imbruglia. But I didn't see any of them, I usually only see the smaller bands and the Belgian acts. The Blondie cover band was great though.

The first thing that struck me when I came to the city centre was the amazing architecture. There are so many beautiful buildings. So I said to myself, I really have to go back one day when there isn't a festival on. But to this day I haven't. Regretfully.
