I haven't been to Luik for a long time. But I have been there a couple of times. I especially remember one of the trips I made.
On one of those tripes I went with my grandparents, my uncle and my niece. We started the day in the beautiful city of Maastricht and then went on a boat to go to Luik. The boattour itself was amazing enough, I always like being on one.
Then we arrived in Luik. We didn't have that much time, so off course we went to the flea market first. The flea market is the main reason why people go to Luik. It is a really big market where you can buy almost anything. There were necklaces, water melons and even live tortoises.
When we were back in Maastricht, we really didn't want the day to end, so we went to a restaurant. I remeber I ordered the lasagna. That's my favourite dish.
