I got a daytrip to London as a Christmas present. Woohoo, I was so excited. I'd never been to London before.
It certainly was worth the trip. We had a short bus tour through the city and then continued on foot. After seeing some of the major sights (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Trafalguar Square etc.) we went to the Tate Modern Gallery. There were some amazing paintings and statues there by artists such as Andy Warhol, Picasso, Mondriaan, Monet, Cezanne etc etc.
Then we went to Camden Town to do some serious shopping. This are has a huge market. It's a safehaven for all punks, goths, metalheads and skaters.
On our way back to the bus we also paid a visit to the big entertainment shops, HMV, Virgin and Tower Records.

Tate is great, one of my faves. But the exhibit in ur pics is gone now, alas. They always do great temp exhibits in the Turbine Hall!
