Another Cowboy Adventure | Blue sky, great scenery and horses - perfect! |
Life has been hectic since we returned from this trip but I have now managed to complete the travelogues and posted some tips. I am sure I will add some more in the coming months.
In short our route started in Denver driving north to Hot Springs, South Dakota, then West across the top of Wyoming visiting Devils Tower and Cody on our way to Yellowstone. 2 nights in Yellowstone were followed by 1 night in Dubois and then onto a working ranch near Alcova in the heart of the state for a week long stay working cattle and taking in the wonderful scenery.
Thanks once again to Ranch Rider who helped us select the ranch, just as in Arizona in 2005, they did not let us down. http://www.ranchrider.com/
I hope you enjoy these pages - I certainly enjoyed writing them and reliving some wonderful memories. |
