Restaurant Name: Chinatown Pavillion
You can't miss it if you go to chinatown in Kuala Lumpur. Always crowded with travellers/back packers and locals, it's one of the more popular chinese dinner/drink hangout. Be reminded there are a few restaurants along the street before you find this one.
Located at the end of the main cross junction at chinatown, it's hardly missable with tons of lights, stalls around and it's tables overflowing to the main road. Opens 6.00pm till around 12 midnight, you could get that 'exotic' Malaysian Chinese dinner that is so very different from other chinese foods offered in other countries. Beer also flows by the bottles. Types of beer are 1) Tiger Beer 2) Carlsberg 3) Anchor 4) Tsing Tao 5) Guiness Stout and a few more i can't recall.
Why not, after that tiring hustle, bustle and haggling at the chinatown stalls, go there for a cold beer? ☺
Favorite Dish:
If you're having 2 Big bottles of beer and a single meal, it'll cost less than US$10.00. Now, if you're a group and have a 4-5 course chinese dinner with beers, expect to pay US$25-35. Try out various dishes there :) ☺
