This is one of those places that should not be visited with a large group of tourists (though it is included in many standard tourist trips). Visiting Talashkino (Flenovo) one must have a lot of free time and special mood. This place is the soul of Russia. Together with Abramtsevo estate near Moscow it forms a museum of Russian art of beg. of XX c. and old-timer arts and crafts.

Repin, Vrubel, Korovin, Reorich, Benois, Vasnetsov - if those names means something to you, you must visit this place.
