Chicago is one of the greatest cities on Earth. Yes, maybe I'm a bit biased, but you would be, too, if you had the Magnificent Mile, State Street, that great street, Old Town and my neighborhood, Newtown. It is very culturally, ethnically, and artfully diverse in the area known as Lake View. I was born on the West Side, Raised on the South Side and have been living and loving on the North Side of Chicago since 1979. I live close to Lake Shore Drive, The Belmont Rocks and beautiful Lincoln Park which is home to the Lincoln Park Zoo. Every possible mode of public transportation is within 5 minutes walking distance. You don't need a car in Chicago, but it's great to have one. :) Too much to go into here, but as you can tell, I love my hometown, Chicago!
