HONOLULU: Just Hang Loose, Just Have Fun...

Germaine's Luau: You Gotta Go!

Germaine's Luau, Honolulu's Biggest !
I had to do a chapter on Germaine's Luau. It's like being in your own little world for a few hours.

I've been to Germaine's Luau on both occasions that I had the pleasure to visit Honolulu.

The background of the ocean with the rushing waves while dining, just soothes the soul.

As much as it can be relaxing, it also gets a little wild. This has got to be the most partying group of people anywhere. The tourists really get into the whole island luau spirit. Great dancers, great food, drinks, lots of singing and laughter.

The bus ride to and from Germaine's is half the fun. Our group singing leader, on the bus was hysterical; an absolute laugh riot. He got everyone all worked up before getting to the luau. I now know and understand the words to the "Just Hang Loose" song. As some of the song goes, "Don't try to fight it, it ain't no use, cos when you're in Hawai'i you should just hang loose". :)

Pros:"The glorious Rainbows. I have never seen so many rainbows anywhere as I have in Honolulu."
Cons:"Had to leave."
In A Nutshell:"Honolulu is the best of both worlds: A melting pot of cultures and races with something for everyone; in a major city, yet the warmth of a small town with an ocean to die for."
