Getting TO/AROUND: WOW..an other funny adventure..We'd take it from Quilpue to Vina del Mar,and my friend asked me that "have you been in a Roller Coaster before?" noooooooo:) and she said "watch it..." MAMMA MIA!!!! He drived same as a roller coaster,we jumped over the hills and went down,close your eyes he is turning to right side,no brake,speed limits?? what is it for...:)
They are working same as bees, funny bees of Valparaiso roads..but it is the cheapest and fastest transportation to or around Valpa..
Don"t try it with full stomach:) and if you want to catch your stop,pls call him 2-3 stops before,otherwise you may walk alittle:)..

Getting TO/AROUND: An other unique transportation of the Jewel of the Pasific..Ascensores..I didn't try but I had same when I was in BAKU..
It is the easiest way for locals to be taken to and from their homes high up in the breath taking hillsides.

Getting TO/AROUND: Valparaiso is located 112 km from Santiago,and it is very easy go there.
By Bus;the journey takes approx. 2 hours from Santiago,there are every 15 or half hour departures and the bus companies have a good service and comfort.The fee almost 6 US$ pp.
Chilean buses run on time and tickets must be purchased ahead of time.
One of the best bus companies are;

By car;if you do want to drive a car to Valparaiso,it takes 1.30 minutes,and you should take Ruta 68.An international driver's licence is nor necessary for driving in Chile,but if you have time to take one it makes certain business or customs transactions easier.
The motorway is very well,and during your journey,you'll see some of amazing view of Andes and Veramonte vineyards.
Car renting;They are several int.car-rental companies have offices around Chile,such as Hertz,Budget,Avis,but in addition that you'll find many locals which are cheaper.
