From the time you get Off the Plane, If you have not made arrangements, You can get a Taxi. Prices are fixed from Accredited Places right out Front.

After that, welcome to Traffic Nightmare.

Very little Trafic Rules apply here, & to be Honest Drivers are terrible here and Do not pay much Attention.

A lot Of standing Still If you Do not plan it right, Which is Bad, Because there is a Lot of Smog Belchers here, and No One Likes to Sit in a Hot Taxi In Traffic with Smog all over...
