Jason likes attending regattas! | Jason Crummey @ The Royal St. John's Regatta |
The Royal St. John's Regatta is supposed to be the longest-continuously held sports competition in Canada.
The RStJR is one of three Newfoundland regattas held each summer. The other two are held at Placentia and Harbour Grace. |

| | Jason loves rural Newfoundland Jason loves rural Newfoundland and Tors Cove is typical of the places he likes to visit.
Tors Cove was once upon a time occupied by a Renaissance-era Portuguese whaling fleet, which was maintained a whale factory on nearby Spear Island.
By the 17th century Tors Cove was the refuge of English fishermen. But in 1696 and 1705 French soldiers razed the community and ousted the residents they found.
During the 1700`s irish immigrants arrived and their descendants occupy the region today. |

| | Jason loves visiting Quebec! Jason loves the scenery of Quebec, and his favourite region to visit is the Basse-Cote-Norde. |
| Jason Crummey @ Blanc Sablon PQ |
| | The Basse-Cote-Norde is adjacent Labrador. Most of its communities are isolated and there are few roads. The most convenient transportation is by ferry boat in the summertime and snow mobile in the winter months. |
