After a long absence I have completed my BA and also, unfortunately, my stay in Rome. For a while I was in Austria and then I went up to Prague, which is why I found it hard to keep up with my pages (and my emails - sorry). I was in Prague for three glorious and free weeks (free spiritually, not monetarily). I will try to relate some of this experience on my pages in coming months. I never made it back to Dublin but I plan to go sometime next year - maybe Spring. Now I am back in the U.S., in D.C. more specifically. But soon my boyfriend and I are planning a move, probably to Portland, Oregon. Anyone who lives there and wants to give friendly advice, it would be appreciated. We are also looking at San Francisco and New Orleans as possibilities. |
Also... I'm still looking into either studying oral history or working in that field - gathering stories, or transcribing stories.
I really have a passion for it but don't know where to begin. If anyone knows anything about this field, or knows someone who can help me out - email me! |
