In 1997, while teaching English in South Korea, I used a one week schoolbreak to meet up with my parents in Sydney, Australia.
Taking travel time into account, we only had six days. . .therefore we stayed in the city and simply enjoyed our time together.
Sydney, much like Toronto, is a young, clean, harbour-based city. However, I had the distinst impression that its attitudes and atmosphere had more in common with European capitals. |
