  Great page. When did you visit Sydney? A bit has changed now, eg Luna Park has now re-opened, and I doubt you can get THAT close to Kirribilli house these days.... Although I could be wrong I should check it out!

  I too found attitudes to be very European, which is probably why I've never been that struck on Aus - I like to go places where the culture is completely different. Agree - exotic birds are as common as pigeons would be elsewhere - seeing that was great!
