"Junagadh ~ The Town I Slept Through" Junagadh by Canadienne

The day before hitting Junagadh, I made the poor choice of drinking juice at a small restaurant on the road. . .

A "warning or danger" that applies to most travels ~ be cautious about water, ice or anything that may contain unboiled water in it. . .even if the locals drink it, it may wreak havoc on your system.

Strangely enough, I can almost recall thinking that the juice tasted off, but that wasn't enough to dissuade me from finishing the glass. . .

. . .and I paid for it all night. So, upon arrival in Junagadh the next day, I promptly curled up in fetal position on the bed in my hotel room and stayed there for the better part of the day. I took a small walk around town later in the evening ~ but we decided to move on the next morning anyway.
