Let me just start by saying I LOVE CHEESE! Cheese is just the most wonderful tasty goodness ever, I could never be a Vegan.
This little shop on the main street in Ridgewood is the perfect place to experience cheese. The friendly helpful staff seem to know just what you are looking for and are never stingy with samples of the many different types of cheese from all over the world. If you frequent the shop they will keep your cheese choices on file. This way you can say "I once had a marvelous gouda, I can't recall the name...." and since it has been aded to your file, it's easy enough for them to locate for you. Not only do they sell a vast variety of cheese, but many other tasty treaty to accomany your pick. Breads, crackers, cookies, teas, jams, sauces, caviar ect.. line the shelves of the tiny shop. These are not your run of the mill crackers from the grocery store either, everything they carry seems to have an eclectic specialness to it and all of it is wonderful.
