Palinuro was known to us as the "big" town nearest to Pisciotta. This was where we went to go to the beach, the bank, and anything else we couldn't do or get in our little town. Well Pisciotta has a beach, but not a nice sandy one:) |
| | The Grotta Azzura is also located in Palinuro. All of the photos on this page were taken during our boat trip to those magnificent glowing caves. |
One time we got a ride to Palinuro from one of the guys who was running our abroad program. Unfortunately, he forgot to drive us BACK! so there we were stranded miles and mountains away from Pisciotta. Luckily we saw some of the boys from town and we hitched a ride back with them! | | |
