Sacramento California On December 2nd my dog Emma and I boarded a plane in Providence RI and headed to Sacramento to live with my Father while I worked for Il Fornaio. I enjoyed trips to Napa and Sonoma where we tasted many fabulous wines. I ate at a number of great local restaurants, widening my culinary knowledge and enjoying the company of family. I also took steps to move closer towards my first love, horses. Hopefully in the not to distant future I will attend Sierra Community College and transfer to UC Davis to receive a BS in Animal Science and Management.
Unfortunately on March 2nd I had to get on a plane and return to freezing cold RI for three more months. |
