Reseau de transport de la Capitale: USE THE CITY BUSES WHILE GETTING AROUND
  • Tip Rating:
  • 'Mode': TO
    Category: Bus
Getting TO/AROUND: THE BUSES ARE VERY USEFUL IN QUEBEC. THE MOST USEFUL BUSES FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE CITY ARE THE 801 AND 800. THESE BUSES COME EVERY 5-10 MINUTES. THE PRICE FOR A TICKET IS $1.90 AND IF YOU HAVE A TICKET YOU CAN USE MONEY. YOU HAVE TO PAY $2.25. IF YOU WANT TO GET ANOTHER BUS AFTER THE ONE YOU HAVE JUST BEEN ON ASK FOR A BILLET DE TRANSFER(TRANSFER TICKET). THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION IF YOU WANT TO GET ON ANOTHER BUS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I went to this place in 1992 with some friends from Ottowa (the lady had been at schooli in Quebec). I have fond memories of it and am delighted to see it is still open. I notice you call it coUchon, but the sign has no U. Crazy pig, isn't it?
