We went to Los Angeles for a 2 day stopover on our way to Australia. It's a great place for a stopover but i warn you now that it's a very long flight from the UK. We went with Air NewZealand. I recommend it if you are travelling to LA. I liked the staff. Also the NewZeland lamb is very good too!
- Pros:movie star homes tour, universal studios and hollywood boulevard
- Cons:I liked it all!!!

Theres more to LA then 'celebs' and theme parks...next time why not try La Brea? Blu
Hey Pamela. Glad you enjoyed L.A!! I loved Universal Studios too - thought it was fab, esp. the film tour which was excellent. Also enjoyed looking at celebrity houses though we went cheap and just bought a map! Sophie
Glad to hear you enjoyed L.A. in April and that the New Zealand Air airplane food was good. It's not everyday someone raves about airplane food, so it MUST be good. I'll remember that when I finally make it down under!
