If once in Cairo, never miss horse back riding around the pyramids by a full moon light or at sunset.

Camel riding is better in Sinai than it is in Cairo, you can go on safari riding a camel there much better than in Cairo.

The stables to rent horses is around the pyramids, better go in a group, or with an Egyptian.
Avoid getting cheated the price is between 15 and 20 Egyptian pounds not more, and normally there is a guide that go with you.

Equipment: No equipments are necessary, make sure that you get a horse suitable for your horse riding skills (strong horse for the good riders and the opposite goes)
