Really only one "countrywide" tip here

We visited Argentina on a recent cruise vacation to Antarctica. We spent time in both Buenos Aires (a couple of days) and Ushuaia (three days). Please do visit those pages for a few more tips and insight.

I openly admit that we didn't spend enough time in Argentina for proper pages and tips, I'm only posting in case MY tip is the one that someone is really needing for an answer. I have some good hotel choices for both Buenos Aires and Ushuaia.

Argentinians have a universal love for futbol

Pros and Cons

Pros:Very much a first world nation.
Cons:Like all large countries, it's tough to properly explore it.
In a nutshell:We will definitely come back someday. Maybe a wine tasting tour next time, checking out the local Malbecs.

Hey Pete...Just to let you know that I didn't pay a Repricol fee when I arrived in Argentina. UK and EU citizens don't need to pay it and I think it's unfair that certain countries have to pay!
