Restaurant Name: Cafe Klamm, Innsbruck
Excellent Austrian and alpine cuisine. The smell of chickens roasting in the fire pervaded the place, making it difficult not to salivate while ordering. Great beer, great atmosphere, great food. Very reasonable prices.
Favorite Dish: Everything that everyone in our party had was great. I had a spicy Jagerschnitzel. Outstanding.

One of the great joys for us of a visit to Austria...or to Switzerland and Germany as well...is an afternoon or evening visit to a konditorei for cup of coffee and a nice cake of some kind. Don't do coffee? Then, try some tea or hot chocolate. And, when you order your pastry or cake, be sure to ask for some extra schlag...heavy whipped cream...to top it off. :)
Favorite Dish: coffee and pastries.
