Visit the heart of Europe! - Germany

One of the unknown gems of (Eastern) Germany is the leaning tower of Bad Frankenhausen, with an angle/leaning distance that is higher than the tower of Pisa! And you hadly see any tourists here, which is a shame.
The countrside is also very attractive, with the Kyffhäuser hills on the doorstep and the Harz nearby.

This Harz region is also a wonderful area to roam in wintertime.
