"Beara Ring detours" Ardgroom by PeteNL

Ardgroom Travel Guide: 1 reviews and 3 photos

You'll find amazing seascapes (and allsorts of other scenery) all along the Ring of Beara, but it's always worth to take a detour from the main Route, like the Kilcatherine area roughly between Ardgroom and Eyeries.

The coastline is hard and rugged, often windy.... making it sometimes hard to keep the pictures sharp!

Adore the pictures but I am a little biased as I have family who live in Southern Ireland I will be over there in December

Thanks for the excellent tips on the Beara Peninsula - we will be staying between Glengarrif and Adrigole for a week in July, and really looking forward to it! Hoping to do some walking on mountain and coast. Paul.
