Most if not all the hotels have a Buffett. You can find the basic to the extragavent- usually equivilant to the elegance leval of the hotel. The higher ends are at Bellegio, Caesars, Paris and the lower ends are Sahara, and Circus,Circus. You'll be able to find something to fit any budget. Just remember, you get what you pay for. If you want the most choices and selections, splurge and hit the buffett at Paris, or Caesars, or even Bellegiao.

Favorite Dish: My personal favorite is the Luxor. The room is themed, a nice change from the generic buffett line with large dining room. I think they also have the best mashed potatoes. heheheh

Restaurant Name: Ghandis Indian Cuisine

You know an ethnic restaurant is good when most of the patrons are of that ethnicity. A good friend of my once advised me to avoid the 'chinese' food restaurant that the Chinese wouldn't eat at......this location meets those standards.
The all you can eat buffet is always fresh, and hot. And, their nan is wonderful. If you ask your server, they will bring you fresh garlic nan for just 2.50 extra.

Favorite Dish: Paneer Pakora, Palak Paneer, and Garlic Nan. Yummy.

Restaurant Name: Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville

Loud and boisterous, and Jimmy Buffet overload. Typical tourist kitsch but fun. Try for a seat on the deck for excellent people watching.

Favorite Dish: Coconut Shrimp.
Portions are generous. Food has been good both times I've been there.

Newly remodeled buffet at the Mirage. Loved the que area. Haven't eaten here yet, but intend to soon. Will update on quality as soon as I do.

Flamingo Road, Between Paradise and Las Vegas Blvd is home to what is becoming restaurant row. In this Area you can find:
North of Paradise- Roys of Hawaii, Bucca de Beppo, Mortons of Chicago and Ghandi's Indian food.
South of Paradise- Bahama Breeze, Hamada of Japan, Cozymels Mexican food, Macormick and Schmick Seafood, and Lawrys Prime Rib.
There is also a Gorden Birsch Brew Pub.

Favorite Dish: The decision on which one to hit is the hardest part

Restaurant Name: The Round Table Buffet

Sunday Champagne Brunch. On this most recent visit food was mediocre at best. Lacked flavor and variety was not near what it has been on past visits. We were there shortly after 10am and yet there was no chocolate milk in any of the 5 drink stations the kids tried. The champagne was very second rate off brand.....and served in very small plastic cups.

Favorite Dish: Didn't find one on this visit.....sorry

Restaurant Name: Maggiano's Little Italy

Upscale Old World. Beautiful dark woods, red checkered tablecloths, cozy booths. Large floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Perfect for a romantic special dinner, but also comfortable for the girls lunch out.

Favorite Dish: We started with bruschetta and calemari, which were perfect. Then moved on to chicken piccatta, fetuccini with clams and a veggie stacker sandwich. The chicken picatta was very traditional, not overpowered by the lemon, just enhanced by it. There were no complaints about the fetuccini. The veggie sandwich was wonderful, the fried zuccini was crisp, and the roasted veggies were nice and smokey, and the fresh mozzarella melted them all together perfectly. We will definately eat here again.
