Just a reminder Ok, so summer is rolling around again. Please remember Heat kills! I can't stress enough, drink water! lots of water. And if you don't, and start to feel nauseas or light headed please seek help quickly. Heat stroke and Heat exaustion can sneek up on you before you realise it. |
