One of the nicest things about NY is the people. I marvel at how many times strangers were helpful - and I mean strange! I would run away from some of the people if I saw them on the streets of LA...but in NY, they offered good advice on subway use without my asking. They saw that we were confused, or using the wrong train - I was very impressed. |
