Colorado.... what is this? How does this state look like? Will I like it. All this thoughts I had sitting in the airplane. Colorado was the first state which I visited in USA and I am happy that I saw it first.

My first impression was - oh.... there is all grass is yellow. What happened with it. It was so strange to see it after green Kiev from where I came.

Things which I adore in Colorado and I miss so much!!!

MOUNTAINS - they are gorgeous, amazing, fantastic and mysterious. If you are from any another place then from Colorado so be ready to hear a lot the question like "do you like mountains?" Huh... for what to ask this question if you can get only one answer - "I adore it"

HIGH ATTITUDE - because of being high in the mountains, many people feel this pretty good. I didn't much like sleepiness, feeling fragile. But air is really some special, not like any where else.

SUN - you see sun every day, every hour. But be careful with your eyes.

SKI RESORTS - I didn't ski a lot, but those places are nice and very fun. I know many people do long way to Colorado to have an enjoyment of skiing.

SPORT LIFE - you will see many cars with bicycles, many people every day riding, walking, playing and just enjoying there days. I would tell that Colorado is one of the most active state with active sport life.

CULTURAL LIFE - museums and theatres, libraries are full with different valuable books, cinemas. Oh... I loved it :-)

FAST GROWNING NEW AREAS - Colorado looks like a little desert with fields and hills, but all them are getting busy so fast with new nice and pretty houses, that some people not being in any area for quite time can be surprised to see something new when they are back.

Now I can people who told that after visit to Colorado or some years of living there, they start miss it from the first days of being far from Mountainy state.
