Le port d'Andernos

Favorite thing: Le port d'Andernos comprends deux parties :
Le ponton pour les bateaux de tourisme et les navettes qui relient Andernos aux autres villages autour du bassin. C'est aussi à cet endroit que vous pouvez embarquer pour des balades vers les parcs à huître ou les maisons sur pilotis au milieu du lac...
Près de ce ponton sont amarrés les bateaux de plaisance.

Une de ces plages est située au coeur du village, et donne sur la jetée et le port.
Une autre plage, bien plus vaste s'étends à l'est du village, dans les quartier résidentiels sur plusieurs kilomètres. La plage est en partie bordée par une forêt de pins, claire et dégagée qui permet de manger ou de se reposer à l'ombre.

Fondest memory: La forêt a, depuis de nombreuses années, été aménagée pour le tourisme au naturel, de plus en plus pratiqué en Europe : pistes cyclable, sentiers de randonnée, aires de pique nique. La forêt est un milieux très sensible, et la forêt des Landes est propice aux incendies. Une surveillance est mise en place toute l'année, pour que le moindre départ de feux déclenche aussitôt une alerte.
Il est absolument interdit de faire du feu dans la forêt des Landes.
