Libraries

It is possible to use the internet at all libraries free of charge.
The central library of Copenhagen - Hovedbiblioteket Krystalgade 15 (Close to the Round Tower, Rundetårnet), has many computers. Only licensed users can book computers on the internet, but all users can book them from the staff, or just show up and ask for a computer. You can use for an hour at the time at no cost. Here you can see if there are computers availably

There are other smaller libraries in Copenhagen and they also have computers. Here you can see where they are:Link

There are also computers at the libraries of Frederiksberg
The main library (Falkoner Plads 3) has many computers and it is located in the center of Frederiksberg, next to the metro. The addresses of the other libraries can be seen in the left column of this page

Oter places

Use it - Low budget tourist information,Huset, Rådhusstræde 13, København K, 33 73 06 20, offers free internet.

Schools and universities also have computers with internet, so if you know a student, he or she may let you use the internet, but many places you have to have a username and password to log on.

 I saw your photo of Ny Ostergade. My Danish ancestors lived at Lille Regnegade which I think changed its name to Ny Ostergade in the 1900's. Is your photo of the same area? sylvias@hotmail.com

 My son and I decided to go to Copenhagen for our next trip. Your page and tips really convinced us. We already planned to go to Denmark since last year and had been putting it off. Not anymore...
