"TRIPS IN FRANCE 1999" France by Aurelien5480

Cevennes is a region in south of France. Between the springs of Ardeche and Herault. The Lozere summit reach at 1 699m only.
"This is a land of highest plateaux and littlest months." A land of granites chaos, dry herbs and ... and that is all.
This is the french "no man's land"; very nice for a little adventure in friendship!
Between Vilfort, Pont-du-Tharn (nice!) and Florac.

BATHROOM. In: 5oc, Out: 10oc

If you come for a trek, you can sleep in old refuge; with all for a very good night and hot shower... nice after few weeks in nature.

If you prefer, it's possible take a cold shower in a great bathroom.
Just under an old roman bridge!

In all parks, fire and bivouac are forbidden. But if it's raining and night come, exceptionally, you can bivouac only.

VILLAGE IN CEVENNES AND CHAO

Frequently, on the 5 persons of my team, 2 were hungry all time(Remy and my brother Maximilien).

One time, Michael & Julien said "ok, we go fishing and we will have some fishes for diner!"
Just before the night they comeback. Remy, Max and me are so happy! But they comeback with a little fish (10cm)...
We were so 5 men for fooding this little fish.
If you go for trekking with 2 ogres, never give your rations for helping.

An other on a little cloud:
After a big walk in the day, no body went make bivouac now. Beautiful blue sky and a little black could... strange.
We cooked, and big drops of rain arrived! It was the big brother of the ridiculous black cloud!
We try make the bivouac but all were soaking and we slept in our wet sleeping bag's...

So very nice memories ! really :-)
