Murry River
Farely big town I guess. Quiet and friendly. Sits on the south coast of South Australia and host the Murry River's exit out to sea. An on going issue is the sand clogging the flow out to the ocean. The beach is great and popular and even the steam train to Victor Harbour
Goolwa Beach
Popular swim and surf, although the waves are low here, bigger surf is further down the track. The summers are very hot so swimming is most popular in the region.
Pros and Cons
- Pros:Great Fishing, beaches, pubs, and easy access
- Cons:A bridge built over Aboriginal burial grounds to HindMarsh Island
- In a nutshell:The Sea Refuses No River, and the River is Where I am
