It appears that in Morrocco, there are gov't employees employed to walk the streets asking patrons for monies for the purtposes of watching their car. I had the unfortunate opportunity to once deny the representative (With Tin Shield) any money for watching may car, only to find out I was robbed of my spare tire and tire changing accessories upon my return. These accessories were duly returned as soon as I paid the local parking fee.
