Getting TO/AROUND: The "metro" (subway) is an excellent, comfortable and cheap way to go everywhere in Madrid; you can buy your ticket at the Metro stations or at the "estancos" (tobacco stands). I think is very convenient to buy a "metrobús", a 10 trips ticket (metro and bus). El metro es una forma excelente, cómoda y económica de ir a cualquier parte en Madrid; puedes comprar tu boleto en las estaciones de Metro o en los estancos. Creo que es conveniente compar un "metrobús" que permite 10 viajes en metro y en bus.

You can buy a "Metrobús", the ticket that allows you 10 trips of bus or subway. El servicio de autobuses es realmente bueno; autobuses limpios, cómodos, con conductores amables, con paradas bien distribuidas en donde puedes encontrar planos de la ciudad con mucha información acerca de los recorridos. Puedes adquirir un "metrobús", un boleto que te permite 10 viajes de metro o de bus.
